COPYRIGHT CLAUSES

By registering for Empowering OT’s to Champion Child Sleep (“Program”) offered by smallsleeper.com, LLC you, as a student of the Program hereby agree as follows. 

It is agreed and understood that all information and course materials provided to the student by Ellen Pope/smallsleeper are proprietary and are the sole property of smallsleeper. 

Students may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works, transmit, or in any way exploit any such materials or content, nor may the student distribute any part of such materials or content over any network, including a local area network, sell or offer it for sale, or use such content to construct any kind of database. The student acknowledges that such activities are in violation of the Copyright Act and constitutes deceptive trade practices and violates several federal and state laws including (i) Section 43(a) of the Lanham Act, 15 USC §1125(a) as well as (ii) The Federal Trade Commission Regulation of Deceptive Acts or Practices which encompasses those promotional activities that have the capacity to deceive consumers; and (iii) the Uniform Deceptive Trade Practices Act.

REFUND POLICY

A full refund (minus processing fees) may be requested prior to the start of the class. Once class has begun, no refunds shall be issued.
